Making Stock Rom faster without root?

Hello, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S GT-i9000 with Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread. 2 years ago, I made a factory settings on both internal storage and internal SD card, and only installed one app which is WhatsApp just for communication. I didn't load my Google account into it as I know Google Service will make the phone even more laggy. However the new WhatsApp updates make the phone lag to death. Now when I click into WhatsApp it takes 10seconds for the phone to respond. When I click into someone's chat it will show a black screen for almost a minute. I guess WhatsApp developers doesn't expect people using a single-core phone with such low Android version nowadays. Is there anyway to make the phone faster? It would be better if no root or custom ROM is required. Thank you :)

[HELP] Odin stucks at "Get PIT for mapping.."

Hi guys,

My Note II (with Cyanogen mode) was resetting itself. And Today It reset again, then, my entire settings are gone. (even I couldnt open notification bar. Apps etc. were working) . Because of that, from settings, Ive tried factory reset. But again another problem occured and it stuck at deleting screen. Each 10-15 minutes, it resets and always the same erasing screen.

And then I used Odin for clear installation. But when the process is done, phone started to open in always Download mode (without upper left odin mode info texts) (even with normal power button or recovery mode buttons)

Odin mode info texts only can be seen with download mode buttons (power, volume-down, menu)

And after that problem I tried again. And Odin started to give me "There is no Pit Partition" error. I used couple of pit file that I can find on Internet but this time, It stucks at "Get PIT for mapping.."

I tried Kies but it couldnt recognise the device. I use samm's firmwares and also 4-files rom. (noone did work)
I tried with different version of Odin in all USB ports of two computers.

additional detail: I couldnt remember If the USB debugging is open or not when phone is broken

how to know board and battery serial numbers of moto g2 mobile

hello sir/madam

please help me
my moto g2 mobile is not working its showing notification light on charging nothing is working
im searching in internet one service center near by my place im giving to that mobile ,they are saying its a board problem change the board up to 5500 rs,
im saying no they are return my mobile but that battery is not mine board also...............im going to another service center they are saying it is not original battery.....i want to know my battery and board serial numbers

there is any way please help me...im buying the mobile in flipkart....please help me

HELP! Stuck at fastboot

Hi,
After a reboot my kindle fire hdx 7' thor is stuck at boot, with a grey kindle fire logo and only [fastboot] written below it, in device manager I can see an Android device with an exclamation mark, I'm running windows 10, It was running twrp and CM 13, as I previously unlocked it.
What driver do I need to use?
How can I recover the tablet?
