I have an old phone and I no longer use this. I tried to charge it yesterday an hour after I tried to open it and I was surprised its bootloop after being stocked in my closet. I googled a fix yet I have to unlock the bootloader first. I have tried multiple times in unlocking the bootloader in the HTC website. I tried the HTC Desire* I tried the All Other Supported Models nothing helps!
The reason why I want to unlock my bootloader so I can flash a customer recovery so I can flash the stock firmware. For some reason HTC doesnt have a download mode or "ODIN MODE IN SAMSUNG PHONES" so people who had firmware issues can simply flash the stock firmware without having the hassle of unlocking the bootloader and rooting the phone first. I am not fonds of rooting the device because it's kinda complicated for me.
Does anyone have an Idea how to revive this old phone? HTC Desire 300 301e Android 4.0
