My wife was running in park and she was assaulted and phone was stolen. 6 months later they arrested the guy and i received the phone back. I have the receipt purchase and police report but tmobile said it was dealing with samsung and when i call samsung they said i need to know the email but the email was placed by the guy who stole it because wife never set one up. It has been a headache and even called the detective to try to get the guy to give me the password and email but he said he will look into it because the guy is in jail. I have tried to back the firmware to 4.4.4 kitkat but it doesnt allow it due to some protection on the newest version > any help on how to get by pass this becuase all the research i have done seems to not work with the newest update thank you.
