As I understand it....
Android Pay doesn't work with a rooted device.
In order to alter settings to fully utilise the memory in the OP3, you need to root the device. This in theory means that Android Pay will stop working.
I did see one response to this that someone had simply rooted stock Oxygen 3 and installed TWRP and Android Pay was still working:

Can anyone confirm this?? I'd really love to utilise the memory option AND have Android Pay.
