Is it possible to enable the system ui tuner on this phone? I have looked online and followed the instructions. I tapped and held the gear in the quick settings for as much as 30 seconds and it didn't enable. I saw another post that said you could enable it from the developer options. I looked there and there isn't an entry or setting for it. Any ideas?
