How to lock the status bar on the lockscreen? LP5.1 rooted and xposed.

I'm pretty sure gravity box used to do this on JB, but cant find it in gravitybox for LP, or any other lockscreen xposed module I dont think.

Am I missing something really simple? I dont want lockscreen notifications, dont want to be able to pulldown the status bar/notification drawer and dont want the volume buttons to workl when locked.
