Dire need of some assistance here, I've got a HTC One M8. Long story short, when you turn the phone on it resets and loops into the HTC splash screen.
When you boot with Power button and Volume down button, it goes to the config options.
Current state of the phone is:
***Software status: Modified***
***UNLOCKED***
M8_UL PVT SHIP S-ON
----
When select RECOVERY, it goes into TWRP.

I want to know how to install a 'One M8 GPE version of Android'. But i'm not having any luck changing S-ON to S-OFF, is there any way around it? What are my options to even getting this phone functional?
