I think i have cracked the reason why moto g4+ heats up so much during turbo charge

I have bought a new moto g4+ and have noticed a lot of overheating problems....... Since then i have monitoring the temperature of the phone using CPU-z app
Amd have noticed that the phone goes extremely hot when the load on the cores is very high(like 98% to 100%).... Its fine and obvious that there will be a lot of load while hd gaming but why does it heat while turbo chargeing well after observing for 2days now i have come to the conclusion that
There are 2 reasons
1)the turbo charger having an out of 9V or 12V(depending on battery % the lower the battery the faster it will charge up becoz of higher voltage output) where as our conventional chargers are of 5V(no matter what the battery status)and the second reason
2)is that during turbo charging 6 of our 8 cores are offline and the rest work at 100% load
I think the third party custom rom builders should take this into consideration and do something which makes the phone charge a little slow but by not heating it up

I have cross check this by using my old sony charger which is 5V on this
Please check the attachments the first is turbo charger and the second is conventional 5v charger
