I have installed paranoid android 6.0.1 on a Nexus 4 and I have an issue when not using Wi-Fi. Using mobile data, telegram and whatapp does not work. Surprisingly I can browse the internet (Chrome works fine) and use other apps which require internet acces, so it is not a network issue (I also have installed paranoid android 6.0, with same results. With Chroma everything works fine).
I think it is maybe a permissions trouble, but I do not see anything unsual regarding this topic. Any ideas?
